Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received through supported online payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, FPX, and other enabled payment channels.

Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping details, including a reachable phone number. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement and are subject to fulfilment status.

Final Sale

All sales are final unless the item is verified as damaged during transit under the Refund & Return Policy.
