Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final except verified transit damage. Change-of-mind returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

For damaged items, email ccjewelleryadmin.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, item details, clear unboxing photos or videos, and proof that the item is unworn and in original packaging.

Approved refunds are issued strictly as Store Points. 1 Point equals RM1. Cash, card, or original-payment refunds are not provided.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged once the protective seal has been broken, except for verified delivery damage reported before the seal is broken. Hair accessories are final sale except verified transit damage.
